The FCCLA (Family, Career and Community Leaders of America) is a national student organization that helps young people become leaders and address important personal, family, work, and societal issues.
FCCLA is unique because its programs are planned and run by members. It is the only career in-school student organization with the family as its central focus. Participation in national programs and chapter activities helps members become strong leaders in their families, careers, and communities.
Involvement in FCCLA offers members the opportunity to expand their leadership potential and develop skills for life – character development, creative and critical thinking, goal setting, decision making and interpersonal communication- necessary in the workplace.
Students in the Early Childhood Care & Education Program
are involved in a number of community service projects throughout the year. Last year the students raised $1213.00 for the March of Dimes Walk America.
